Location: Lexington, KY

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture Food and Environment seeks an Administrative Support Associate for the Research Farms division. The Research Farms provide a vast array of teaching, research and extension opportunities for the faculty, staff and students of the college. The Administrative position is a key member of the team. This position is responsible for administrative tasks ranging from payroll, leave administration, position management, and coordinates all recruitment and hiring procedures. Additionally, the position supports account payable, purchasing and inventory (Capital, minor, vehicle, space) functions. Duties also include maintaining student and employee housing paperwork, employee uniform orders, and janitorial/office supplies. The position serves as the main delegate for entering departmental procard transactions, prepares cash/check transmittals for checks and cash received, track commodities inventory & sales, and aids in reconciliation and Federal Excess Property processes.
