Join the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment: Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in an exciting, hybrid role as the Coordinator for the Accelerated Coordinated Program in Dietetics (ACP Dietetics).

About Us: Our ACP Dietetics is recognized and accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). As the ACP Dietetics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of this program, playing a vital role in shaping the future of nutrition and dietetics, facilitating students along their path to becoming credentialed practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and regular communications to support student success in the ACP in Dietetics.
  • Recruit and organize training and engagement for preceptors.
  • Manage ACP Dietetics student placements and records.
  • Plan, develop, and implement creative and strategic marketing campaigns to engage future and current students in the department.
  • Lead department efforts in undergraduate and graduate student recruitment.
  • Coordinate alumni engagement communications and strategize alumni engagement opportunities.
  • Provide creative support to other operations in the department such as career and professional development, enrichment programs, and scholarship promotion.
